Q.What sources do you use for your vitamins?

We try to use natural plant sources for our vitamins whenever possible. This allows some of our sprays to be vegan and vegetarian-friendly.

Q.Are your products “allergy-free”?

It’s impossible to say that a product is “allergy-free.” Essentics VIS products use the purest vitamins, minerals, and other ingredients that are available, so the likelihood of someone experiencing an allergic reaction when using the products is extremely remote, but we can’t guarantee this.

Q.How much does each tube of product hold?

Each tube of Essentics VIS Spray holds 0.45 fl. oz (13.3 ml), which is a 30-day (1 month) supply when used as directed, which is 8 sprays per day.

Q.Are the products safe for diabetics?

All of Essentics VIS Sprays contain small amounts of sweeteners and carbohydrates. The amounts delivered per adult daily dose of any of the products totals less than one-hundredth of an ounce – that is less than what you would find in a single jellybean. However, diabetes is a disease which affects sufferers in different ways, so diabetic users should monitor their blood sugar levels just to make sure that there are no adverse reactions. Some members of the home office staff are insulin-dependent diabetics, and they have experienced no problems when using the products.

Q.Are the products regulated by the FDA?

Our products are dietary supplements, and therefore, we conform to all current good manufacturing practices as defined by the FDA. The FDA doesn’t “approve” any dietary supplements, but they do oversee and regulate their safety.

Q.Why do I need Essentics VIS products?

Essentics VIS uses only the highest grade, purest vitamins, minerals, and ancillary ingredients in the manufacturing process. The value of nutrient supplementation is beyond question, and we believe that our unique patented delivery system provides the best available method for ingesting that nutrient supplementation in the entire marketplace.

Q.What combination of sprays do you recommend? Can I take more than one? If so, how many?

Every person is different with a different lifestyle and different supplemental nutritional requirements. So much depends upon your diet. We do recommend that everyone use the Multiple as the cornerstone of their supplementation.

We then recommend that you add additional products based on your specific needs. For example, an athlete will need three performance products. To remain calmer, some may want to take the D-Stress; to keep your eyes in tip-top shape, Vita Sight may be a good selection.

We market many different products; each one contains beneficial ingredients. We cannot make individual recommendations because we are not familiar with the requirements of each individual, but we urge that you check into some of the nutritional books to determine for yourself which products offer the most benefit for your individual needs.

Q.How many carbohydrates do the products contain?

All the sprays contain very small amounts of carbohydrates. The carbohydrate content of the sprays is 0.15 g per dose of 8 sprays. This is less than you would find in a single jellybean and applies to all of the sprays we offer.

Q.Will your products interact with my prescription medication?

We stress that any person taking medication under the care of a physician should discuss the use of other products with said physician. The physician needs to have full knowledge of the products you are taking in order to fully evaluate your treatment.

One should also remember that the nutrients used in our products are identical to those found naturally in food. In addition, many of the herbs are relatively common and may be used in cooking.

Q.Do Essentics VIS products contain gluten?

None of our sprays contain gluten. Gluten is an insoluble protein found in some cereal grains, like wheat, rye, barley, and oat. None of these grains are used in the production of any of our ingredients or in the processing of our products. There are many people who suffer from an intolerance to gluten, so Essentics VIS Sprays are ideal for ANYONE following a gluten-free diet.

We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, return the unused portion, although you must contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Q.Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Q.How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds take around 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Q.When will my credit card be charged?

You can expect your credit card to be charged as soon as your order has been accepted and processed.

Q.What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit or debit cards. Unfortunately, we can’t accept money orders, checks, or chocolate.

Q.Help! My credit card got declined!

Ugh. This sucks. If your credit card was declined, we suggest that you check that your card’s billing details (such as the billing address and security code) match what you’ve entered into our system. If that still doesn’t work, call your credit card company.

Shipping

Q.How can I check the status of my order?

You can view the order status on your Account Page, which will be updated as soon as you have been charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.

Q.Can you ship internationally?

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the International Customers link and then click on the pay button. You will be automatically transferred to an international checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, you will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. Then we will ship and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Q.How fast will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days from when it was placed. After placing your order, you will automatically be emailed a USPS First Class Tracking number when the shipping label is created in our system.

How long it takes to receive your package depends on your location and numerous other factors, since it is shipped through USPS First Class. If you have any shipping issues, you can always email our Shipping Team at info@essenticsvis.com, and we will answer all of your questions!

*If you can’t locate your Shipping Email with your USPS Tracking Number, please check your Spam or Junk inbox. Most likely, your email filter is a ninja and hid it in there.

Q.How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is being shipped to an incorrect address, please email info@essenticsvis.com. In order to change your address for future orders, edit your address in your account so that next time your order will be sent to the proper address.

Q.How do I use Essentics VIS?

Before you use our product, pump 6 or 8 times to activate the Essentics VIS spray pump. Then spray directly into your mouth, holding for 5 seconds before swallowing. Use 8 sprays per day; you can do this by also taking 2 sprays 4 times a day.

Q.How often should I use Essentics VIS?

You should use Essentics VIS spray up to 8 times per day for an adult dosage.

Q.How long does it take to see results?

You should start to see results in a few minutes after using the spray. Our sprays allow nutrients to be absorbed quickly without causing additional stress or work for your organs.

Q.Can I use the sprays if I am pregnant?

We recommend that you avoid using Essentics VIS sprays when you’re pregnant. You should always consult your health care physician before using any products while pregnant.

Q.What are the side effects?

Besides feeling healthy and awesome, we can’t say what side effects may happen when using Essentics VIS. This is because everyone reacts differently to supplements.

Q.How does my subscription work?

It’s really easy! If you sign up to pay for a product every month, we’ll send you a new bottle of spray every month after your payment has gone through. Plus, by subscribing to Essentics VIS allows you to receive a 15% discount off the retail price of your products.

You can also choose to purchase a single bottle for a 30-day supply without subscribing.

Q.When will I receive my sprays each month?

Spray renewals are set to be delivered every 30 days starting from your first delivery date, so you’ll get 12 shipments every year.

Q.Can I delay my next shipment?
